The place is located in a very good area for travels since it’s in a busy neighborhood with easy access to the tube. Bed was clean and comforter was nice. However, there is no common room since the hostel is attached to a bar that is usually crowded with patrons. The age of people that stay here is an older crowd (40+), so you won’t make friends if you’re a young traveler. Staff is not very friendly and welcoming.

This is my second time as a guest here. The room was a little cramped this time, but it's enough to sleep, so no problem. Cleanliness, friendliness and offers were great. It's nice that you can easily store your luggage in the basement if you leave later!

We stayed in a private room with an ensuite bathroom. The room and bathroom were huge! Tons of space and plenty of power outlets made the stay so enjoyable. The walkway and stairs to the room are definitely narrow and snug but worth the trek. The location is very convenient, just a couple minutes from Borough Market, a 5-10 minute walk to the river walkway, and 10-minute walk to multiple underground stations. Plenty of food and convenience options in the area. The staff were helpful & efficient.
