We stayed on floor 5 which i think was recently renovated so the bathroom and bedrooms were clean, bright and fresh.
The common area bathroom was definitely not up to the standard on floor 5. The common room/kitchen was always tidy and clean and had everything we needed.
The staff were super friendly and helpful whenever we had a question. The guy who ran the evening entertainment (Kim) went above and beyond for everyone making everyone feel welcome.
