The staff was the absolute worst part of my stay. Aside from the two wonderful bartenders (Diego and Ariel). I extended my stay and was given the same bed. I went out with friends and upon coming back the things I left on my bed had been thrown out. I went to the front and they said they needed to switch my room to a mixed dorm. I paid more for a girls only. Then was yelled at by the blonde with the glasses when I was rightly upset and told I could leave or take a bed. Management needs help bad.

The girl manager of the check-in desk is awful “Adrianaâ€.
At first, I arrived, said Hi, looked at her, she didn’t even look at me… I had to ask, I’m sorry should I go somewhere else? And she pointed the intern for me to do the check-in. The intern was such a nice girl.
Since I arrived one day late because I had called the previous day to let the hostal now THAT I WAS COMING, just one day late, the intern told me I had to wait for check- in.

Super convenient overall very nice hostel much better for the young party crowd than for me.
The staff was responsive (though we had to push them to sort out the issue) when the air conditioning was off the first night which was pretty awful with eight people in a room. Also the bathroom light is motion sensor and went on all night long whenever anyone went in flooding the dorm room with light. Curtains on the individual bunks would help this.
